What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged based on availability — just let our concierge know in advance.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome in our designated pet-friendly cabins and villas. A small additional cleaning fee applies, and we'll have a bed and bowls waiting.

What dining options are available?

Three venues: an oceanfront restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner; a casual beach bar for lighter bites and cocktails; and in-villa private dining on request.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes — complimentary shuttle service is available for all guests. Share your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival and we'll be waiting for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 7 days, the first night is charged. No-shows are billed in full.

Are activities included in the room rate?

Beach access, pools and the fitness centre are always included. Guided tours, water-sport rentals and workshops are available à la carte or as curated packages.
