1. Cancellation Policy: 48 hours on all bookings, 48 hours or balance due on those with deposits.
2. Rates are based on two persons. We charge 5.00 per night for children under teen age, and 10.00 per night for teens and up. If you book for 6 nights the 7th is free.
3. We take a non-refundable deposit of one night or one half, whichever is greater, to hold. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. They apply to a specific unit for a specific time slot.
4. We do not accept pets.
5. All units are non-smoking but guests are welcome to smoke outside. Ashtrays are provided.
6. We can offer only one parking space per unit. Extra vehicles must park on the street. There is no charge for street parking.
7. Check-in 2 pm. Check out 11 am.
8. Groups are capped at 10 units. We charge an additional $30 per night for units that are part of a group.
9. We do not host weddings or wedding receptions, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
