The Lower Deck is the bottom flat of our duplex called the Kent Home. It has a queen in one bedroom, double and single in the second, pullout couch and single daybed. It has a well-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and microwave. Though the apartment is located next to Water Street, there is a comfortable outside deck which looks across the lawn to the water.
