The Kent Home is a prefab that was placed on the property in the late '70's. The owner's intention was to live there but that never happened, and the place was cut up into two two-bedroom flats. These are the largest two-bedroom units on the property and have the most spacious bedding arrangements, along with separate livingrooms and kitchens. As there is a central stairwell connecting the two, the house makes a convenient space for two families that don't mind bunking up together.
